Do your bikes come fully assembled?
All bikes purchased for in-store pickup are fully assembled and safety-checked by our mechanics. Bikes shipped to your home are 85% assembled and require some basic setup, such as attaching the pedals and handlebars.
What is your return policy for bicycles and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been ridden or modified cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
How much does shipping cost within Australia?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the item and your location. We offer flat-rate shipping on most accessories and apparel, while bicycle shipping rates are determined at checkout.
Do you offer professional bike fitting services?
Yes, we provide professional bike fitting at our retail locations to ensure your new ride is comfortable and optimized for your body geometry and riding style.

Does my new bike come with a warranty?
Every bike sold by Ivanhoe Cycles is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. This typically includes a lifetime warranty on the frame and one year on components, subject to brand-specific terms.
