All bikes purchased for in-store pickup are fully assembled and safety-checked by our mechanics. Bikes shipped to your home are 85% assembled and require some basic setup, such as attaching the pedals and handlebars.

What is your return policy for bicycles and accessories?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been ridden or modified cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

How much does shipping cost within Australia?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the item and your location. We offer flat-rate shipping on most accessories and apparel, while bicycle shipping rates are determined at checkout.
